1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account or using Next Job Roles (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@nextjobroles.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to submit.
• Create fraudulent or deliberately misleading resumes.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written consent.

4. Your content

You own the resumes and information you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you — for example, to tailor your resume for a role you choose. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and we do not use it to train models for other purposes.

5. AI features and no guarantee of results

The Service uses AI to tailor your resume. AI output is generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies or generic phrasing. Our tailoring reframes information already in your resume and does not fabricate experience, but you are responsible for reviewing all output for accuracy before you use it. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any particular outcome.

6. Subscriptions and billing

• Some features are offered on paid plans, billed in advance through our third-party payment provider.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change plan prices with reasonable prior notice.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Next Job Roles and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or resell the Service.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to the Service. On termination, the rights granted to you end and we handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Next Job Roles will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts where we operate.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the “Last updated” date and notify you where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
