How we got here
Our founding team spent years building matching and search systems, and watched talented friends struggle to get noticed. The tools were either dumb keyword filters or black boxes that rewrote resumes into fiction.
So we built the platform we wished existed: transparent match scores, resume tailoring that only reframes what is genuinely true, and tracking that works the way people actually job hunt.
